• Service Unavailability: Extended downtime (more than 24 hours) that prevents you from using the service.
• Duplicate Payment: If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same service.
• Cancellation during Trial Period: If you cancel your subscription during the trial period (if applicable).

Non-Refundable Cases

• If the AI-generated content does not meet your personal expectations but is otherwise functioning as intended.
• If a refund request is submitted after 14 days from the date of purchase.
• If the service is misused or violates our Terms & Conditions.

2. How to Submit a Refund Request

To request a refund, follow these steps:

   • Reason for refund request

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• Funds will be refunded to the original payment method used.

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if:

• Only part of the service is affected.
• The issue only affects certain features.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, your account may be suspended, and future purchases may be restricted. We recommend contacting our support team before filing a chargeback.
